313 and Smoke Barbecue

We're a BBQ popup and caterer in Las Vegas, Nevada. A trip to Franklin's Barbecue, in 2016, was a spark of inspiration that led to many backyard cookouts with friends and family. It started as a hobby but eventually turned into a business. In March 2023, our first popup was held at Vegas Test Kitchen and we haven't slowed down since.

Our Mission

We strive to make our hometown, the city of Detroit, proud and to leave a legacy for our children. Our promise is to always strive for consistency and to always try to perfect our craft. We hope our love for barbecue shows on each and every plate.
